OVULATING!!!! 08/10/2008

I'm OVULATING!!!! yay!! its been a mixture of emotions since we last put an entry in! We were concerned that T was not ovulating as we had read that ovulation should take place on cycle day 13 well its cycle day 19 and I thought what the hell i'll take a test and there it was as clear as day! better late than never! We can now carry on the road to ttc in January without visiting the doctors!

We now currently live in flat and have done since June as its a one bedroom flat we will have to eventually move. We have looked at a number of locations which is out of the city and more into the countryside. We have decided the location in which we would like to live with our sprog!

I am still off from work as three weeks ago tomorrow I banged my head at work and ended up in hospital with a bad concussion and I have not yet recovered from the symptoms. Could this have halted my ovulation surge? I think so as it was pretty stressful and I had been working 50+ hours during the week at work which probably added to the stress. I have learnt my lesson and I'm going to cut down my hours so that I am less stressed for the ttc journey in which we have started!

We have had no luck into donors at the moment, but hopefully we will have someone soon!!

Welcome to our Journey!

I guess this is the start of our blogging journey! We are T & K, I (T) will be carrying as K has no desire to, we have been together for 5 Years and feel that we are both ready to start our family.

We have decided to ttc starting January 2010 as it will be a new year and we wont have the stress of christmas etc... we have alot to do we still need to find a donor, which is proving quite difficult! as anyone else had this problem? We have been charting this months cycle and up to when we ttc taking temps and at the moment trying to check to see if I ovulate at the moment I'm on day 13 and there's not even a sign that I am ovulating but hopefully soon, if I do not ovulate by December we will go to the doctors and get it checked out etc...

We have brought everything that we need to do AI at home, if AI does not work then we will go down the IUI route. At the moment we are researching into the different ways and reading up on books.

I'm starting to ramble I know! So welcome to our blog and our journey!
